Public Rights of Way

St Erme has a network of well used footpaths which the Parish Council are responsible for maintaining under a Local Maintenance Partnership (LMP) with Cornwall Council. Landowners are responsible for maintaining the side growth, hedges, fences and stiles on footpaths and Cormac are responsible for the surface of the paths.

If you notice a footpath needs maintenance or is blocked please report this to the Parish Council on 07525130663 or by e-mail to clerk@stermeparishcouncil.org.uk. Please give as much detail as possible, including the location and if you can supply a photo that would be helpful.

A map of St Erme's footpaths and bridleway's can be downloaded here

Footpaths are maintained to different levels by the Parish Council as follows:

Gold
Given the highest priority
Silver
Given priority only when funds are available after spending on Gold path
