We are now at the Pre-Submission Consultation stage of the draft St Erme Neighbourhood Priority Statement (NPS), before it is submitted to Cornwall Council.
The six-week consultation will run from 28th August 2026 to 12th October 2026. This provides an opportunity for people who live, work or run a business in the St Erme area, together with the relevant statutory consultees, to review the document and provide their comments and feedback.
Following the consultation, all feedback and responses will be carefully considered and collated. Where appropriate, amendments will be made to the NPS before the final document is submitted to Cornwall Council, together with a consultation statement.

Community Consultation Drop-In Events
We will be holding three community drop-in events where you can view the draft NPS, complete the feedback questionnaire and discuss any questions or concerns with members of the Parish Council and NPS Steering Group.
- Friday 11th September 2026 – St Erme Community Centre, 6.00pm–9.00pm
- Saturday 19th September 2026 – St Erme Village Hall, 9.00am–12.00 noon
- Wednesday 23rd September 2026 – St Erme Village Hall, 6.00pm–9.00pm
Members of the Parish Council and NPS Steering Group will be available at these events to answer questions and provide further information.
